Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I replace the brush head?
For best cleaning performances, replace every 3 to 4 months before the bristles wear out.
How do I apply toothpaste?
Apply tiny dots in just 3 locations – the middle and at the end of each side. It will spread as the brush head moves along your teeth.
How does it fit to any mouth?
The mouthpiece is made of flexible, medical-grade silicon. No matter how wide your jaw is, it will easily adjust to it.
There's blood on the brush head after I used it. Is that ok?
It's more than ok. Blood on the brush head suggests that you have gum disease. It means that CleanTeeth cleans areas in your mouth that are infected which you probably did not clean thoroughly when using your current toothbrush, whether because it was a difficult-to-reach area or you simply did not apply the correct brushing technique.
I have wisdom teeth. Can I use CleanTeeth?
Yes. Just move the handle slightly to the sides so the brush head will reach and clean your wisdom teeth. For example, when the brush head is moving toward the right side of your mouth, move the handle slightly to the right (instead of holding it in the middle).
Can I use it with braces?
Yes.
Is it rechargeable?
Yes.
How do I clean the brush head after use?
Same as you clean your current toothbrush – place the brush head under running water and use your fingers to remove debris and toothpaste leftovers.
Can several family members use the same CleanTeeth?
Yes. Each family member should use his/her own brush head.
Is it safe to use?
CleanTeeth is designed to meet all required U.S. and international regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Can I shower with it?
Yes. CleanTeeth is 100% waterproof.
Does it clean my tongue?
No.
Does it also floss?
No. CleanTeeth doesn’t replace flossing.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. CleanTeeth includes a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. We will repair or replace your device should it fail within this period.
